Mr. C's #3
Ground-up construction of a new convenience store (Mr. C’s) and gas station. It’s what we’re good at.
Kellum-Noble House
This dinosaur of a building was repaired by us. Built in 1847, it is the oldest surviving building in Houston. We did slab demo and repour, partnering with Sebastian Construction Group.
Cilento Facial Plastics
Medical office buildout. Nearly everything on this project was custom-design built. Take a look through the pictures to see for yourself. We’d be happy to give you the same great experience Cilento received.
Our first project partnering with the owners of Mr. C stores. New construction on vacant lot; included two retail buildings, fuel canopy, and fuel design and build. The finished product is always a pleasure to look at.
Circle K #3356
Partnered up with Bear Services, LP to build this Circle K Gas Station and Convenience Store.
A concrete pad replacement on the top floor of the Wells Fargo Building Penthouse. 100% of the work was done by manual labor. Concrete was hauled to top floor and all demolition debree was hauled back to first floor, all by hand. Quite a job it was!
